Your Healing Journey
Counseling is a step-by-step process. First, we help you feel steadier and safer in your body and mind. Next, when you’re ready, we gently work through painful experiences. Finally, we focus on integrating what you’ve learned so it becomes part of your everyday life—helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more confident.
What to expect in a session
Each session is designed with your needs in mind. We work together to create a structure that feels steady and supportive. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. Instead, we follow your lead, focusing on what feels safe and helpful for you in the moment.
You are always in control
From start to finish, you decide what to share and how fast to go. We respect your boundaries and honor your consent every step of the way. Therapy is a collaborative process—your voice guides the journey.
We move at your pace
Healing doesn’t follow a timeline, and there’s no rush here. Whether you take small steps or longer ones, we walk alongside you with patience and compassion.
No need to relive every detail of trauma
You won’t be asked to recount every painful memory. Instead, we use techniques like EMDR and somatic therapy that focus on your body’s signals and nervous system responses—helping you heal without having to revisit everything in words.

Hi, I’m Andreea, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this space with you.
I was drawn to this work by a personal calling and a deep compassion for people. My own experiences of loss and hardship have shaped my journey, deepened my empathy, and shown me how suffering can connect us to God himself and to one another.
I have been practicing for over eight years, with a particular passion for trauma recovery and supporting people through difficult seasons. I specialize in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, certified in Level 1 (Trauma Treatment) and Level 2 (Developmental and Relational Injury), EMDR-trained and Structural Dissociation Theory. I aim to show up with attunement and presence, holding space for each person’s story while offering care, truth, and hope. My work is guided by my Christian faith, and I believe that in challenging times, what people need most is both hope and authentic connection.
That passion led me to found EverWell Counseling Center in Scottsdale, AZ—a growing practice born from personal calling and a desire to provide steady, compassionate care. The name EverWell was inspired by Isaiah 58:11, which paints the image of a well-watered garden and a spring whose waters never run dry—a symbol of life-giving support and renewal. Just as a garden requires consistent nourishment to thrive, our emotional and spiritual wellbeing also benefits from ongoing care, even during difficult seasons.
If you’ve experienced loss, pain, or hardship, I want you to know that this is a space where your story can be heard and held. Support is available and you don’t have to walk through difficult seasons alone.
